Two different jobs, same starting point
SwapSpace is built as a comparison layer: enter a pair, and it queries partner exchanges for offers you can weigh against each other before picking one. SimpleSwap is built as a routing layer: enter a pair, and the service itself checks its 20+ CEX/DEX liquidity sources and selects one on your behalf. Neither shows you the other's internal process, so this is a genuine product-design difference, not a branding one.
How each one actually picks a rate
Rates on both sides are live and move with the market, so neither is reliably "cheaper" at any given moment. Treat any snapshot comparison as expired the moment you read it. What's stable is the mechanism: SwapSpace surfaces each partner's quoted rate as a separate offer for you to compare, while SimpleSwap's routing picks a source and presents one resulting rate. On SimpleSwap, you additionally choose fixed (locks the price for 20 minutes) or floating (tracks the market) per swap; on SwapSpace, the rate type is set by whichever partner offer you select.
Coverage, not a ranking
SwapSpace lists roughly 3,950 coins across 600,000+ pairs, sourced from its 40+ partner exchanges. SimpleSwap lists 2,800+ assets across 3.2M+ pairs, sourced from its own 20+ liquidity providers. The two count assets differently because they aggregate differently: SwapSpace's figure reflects what its partners collectively list, while SimpleSwap's reflects what its routing can reach. Treat these as two separate methodologies, not a single apples-to-apples ranking.
Neither is a blanket "no KYC" product
Signing up isn't required to swap on either service. That's a separate question from verification: on SwapSpace, each partner exchange sets its own KYC likelihood, shown per offer before you pick it. On SimpleSwap, verification is triggered situationally, either by a fiat on-ramp partner's own KYC step or by a compliance-flagged crypto-to-crypto transaction, and an optional account with pre-verification is available at simpleswap.io/kyc. Neither product can promise KYC will never apply; it depends on the specific route or partner involved in that swap.

What you're actually trading
Neither column is the "better" one here. Each trait cuts differently depending on what you want from a swap.
Who picks the provider
What you see before swapping
Steps to complete a swap
Where else you'll find it
The last row isn't a like-for-like count: SwapSpace doesn't publish a partner-integration figure, so the comparison is between a documented number and an unquantified one, not a size ranking.
